I came to this work through my own experience of pregnancy and birth — and through a deep interest in how women are supported, informed, and treated in this time.

Birth is often surrounded by strong opinions, medical language, and uncertainty. What I saw — both personally and professionally — is how easy it is to feel overwhelmed or disconnected from your own experience.

My role is not to tell you how your birth should look.

I support you in understanding what is happening in your body, navigating the system you are giving birth in, and making decisions that feel clear, informed, and aligned with your values.

Professional Training

I trained as a birth doula in Bali with Ibu Robin Lim, Debra Pascali-Bonaro, and Naoli Vinaver, in an environment deeply rooted in physiological birth and respectful care.

I continue my education through ongoing trainings, including aromatherapy for childbirth and further certification.

With a background in documentary film, I bring a strong sensitivity to observation, presence, and the emotional nuances of each experience.

For those who wish, I can also offer discreet visual documentation as part of my support.
